Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil (Harvest November 24 / Bottled February 2025) Packaged in a 500 ml tin can, this oil is a cold-pressed blend of our native Sicilian olive varieties. The resulting EVOO is green and fruity, showcasing the luxurious creaminess and nutty, earthy hints from the Nocellara olives, as well as the robust, peppery character of the Cerasuola. Expect fresh aromas of cut grass, pepper, and artichoke, culminating in a pleasant bitterness delicately balanced by spicy notes. Each drop captures the essence of our land, ideal for enhancing your dishes and nurturing your well-being.

Amici Reserve is our in-house curated, limited edition Extra Virgin Olive Oil that we make by cold-pressing the olive varietals on ORO SICANI Estate, as well as the top cultivar from our community. Every year here in the Sicani Mountains is so unique, and Sicily’s powerful, ever-evolving weather creates such interesting flavours within the olives and the EVOO in turn.
