Receiving your ORO SICANI EVOO delivery

Where We Ship

So, the bad news…we’re going to break it to you quick:

We currently only ship within the EU and to the UK. 

We know, we know, that super sucks if you’re not within these regions. It absolutely is our priority to expand our delivery zones in due course, but we do things properly here at ORO SICANI, and there’s a lot more due dil + compliance admin that we need to resolve before we can send our EVOO your way.

Shipping Prices

The good news is that if you’re within the EU or to the UK, our EVOO can get to you! Standard shipping fees are calculated at checkout, and we also have a couple of shipping promotions depending on your Olive Tree Membership:
Please note: We represent Euro and Great British Pound (GBP) prices differently – a comma in Euros to separate the euros and eurocents; a decimal in GBP to demarcate the pounds and pence – because of how they’re represented differently by the different regions.

How We Prepare Your Order

We prepare your EVOO to order. From the moment we receive the notification that you have become a member of our Olive Tree Membership, we individually measure each EVOO tin and label it by hand. We do this to protect the oil from oxygen after it is cold-pressed at the oleificio.
Poste Italiano is our delivery service. We’ve had varied, often lesser reliability with other couriers. Typically we will be able to prepare + pack your order on the same day, but sometimes we cannot physically post it because the post office is closed.
Orders received on Friday after 1200 or during the weekend will be posted on the coming Monday (excluding bank holidays).
Should there be any festas (local or national celebrations) which impede us from posting your order the next day, we will always let you know.

Tracking Your Order

When we ship your EVOO, we will add the tracking number to your standing order and you will receive an email from us with the subject line, ‘Your EVOO is En Route!’ This email will include the tracking number so you can follow your order’s journey and, alert us to any delivery issues should they arise.
We prepare all EVOO orders in 500mL recyclable tins, no matter the total volume of your shipment. This is to protect the quality of the EVOO. Find out more in our FAQs.

Expected Delivery Timeframe

Expected delivery times are typically between 5-14 days from when we ship your order, but in full transparency, this is very much an estimate. We’ve found that sometimes we are so delightfully surprised by the post’s speed and how swiftly large shipments are delivered. But, we also have experienced, quite often there’s a couple of amici in the shipping chain who’re busy enjoying their espresso, if you catch our drift, so we want to manage your expectations with this.

Delivery Snafus

If you’ve had trouble receiving your wonderful order of ORO SICANI Extra Virgin Olive Oil, or it seems like there’s an issue with your order, email us at hello@orosicani.com with the order number + a brief description of the issue. We will investigate and help to resolve it pronto!
