Return & Refund Policy

In line with the EU and Italian consumer protection laws, you have the "right to withdraw your contract" (AKA, cancel and/or return) your purchase within 14 calendar days. This 14-day cooling-off period is subject to set terms, outlined below:

For physical products – You have 14 calendar days from the day you take physical possession of the physical goods to change your mind. If multiple items were ordered and/or your order was separated into different deliveries, the ’14 calendar days’ commences from the day you take physical possession of the final item. If we used a third party courier to deliver your order, the courier’s Proof of Delivery is considered proof of you taking “physical possession”, even if you physically collect the item/s at a later date.

Any personalised ceramics and EVOO products with personalised labels are generally non-refundable.

For the Olive Tree Sponsorship – The 14-day calendar period commences the day you purchased (online or in-person) the Olive Tree Sponsorship/s. This product is cancelled digitally, and this is when the purchase contract is concluded.

How to Exercise Your Right for Withdrawal and Request a Refund

You can request a return before or after the items you ordered have been dispatched, up to 14 calendar days after you either: a) purchase the Olive Tree Sponsorship, or b) take physical possession of the final physical product/s in your order (see above if you’re unsure of how ‘taking physical possession’ is defined).

If you choose to cancel any Olive Tree Sponsorship within the 14 calendar days of this purchase, we will process your refund within 14 calendar days and the amount will be refunded to the payment card you used at the time of purchase. 

For all customers who wish to exercise their Right for Withdrawal with physical products, in some cases we may request for the products to be returned to us. In this circumstance, you must ship the specified goods within 14 calendar days from the date you notified us of your withdrawal. 

Unless any physical product arrived damaged or defective (generally we will need photographic proof of this), you are financially responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We will refund all eligible items requested by you, including the standard outbound delivery costs (but excluding any supplementary express shipping costs for customer-requested expedited deliveries), within 14 calendar days of receiving your notice to withdraw. The amount will be refunded to the payment card you used at the time of purchase.
