1) We'll Send You Your Annual EVOO From the Most Recent Harvest

The finest quality EVOO is harvested and cold-pressed just as the olives are starting to ripen, which is usually in late October/early November each year, but it can extend to early January depending on the varietal and weather conditions.

To guarantee you the freshest batch, your annual EVOO delivery will either be from the most recent harvest if we still have a supply (what can we say, it's highly sought-after stuff!), or it will be from the upcoming harvest season commencing in November that same year.

We plant the world-class Nocellara del Belice, Biancolilla, Cerasuola, and Piricuddara olive varietals in our upcoming planting season.
